◢◢ Deleting a member

Sometimes we need to delete a Just About user. It's pretty simple when done properly.

1. Head to Strapi Admin > Plugins: Just About Admin > Manage users

2. Search (usually via email address) for your Member
3. Click the Delete button in that row

Note: Currently the delete button only appears on the search screen and not on the user screen itself.

What deleting a user actually does

Deleting a user will not completely delete the user from the platform. Their user will still exist, as well as any posts they made. However, they will be marked as deleted and will be unidentifiable.

The following fields will be obfuscated:

• username
• realName
• displayName
• email
• avatar (the image will still exist on the server, but the relationship with the user will be removed)

The following related models will be deleted

• connectedAccounts
• memberships
• notifications
• subscriptions
