◢◢ Handling New Log Errors

When new log errors appear in the #errors Slack channel:

  1. Assess urgency

    • Determine if the error requires immediate attention
  2. For urgent errors:

    • Initiate a Slack huddle immediately
    • Collaborate to resolve the issue
  3. For non-urgent errors:

    • Create a ticket with error details
    • Add ticket to "For Team Discussion" in Asana
  4. Follow up

    • Discuss non-urgent errors in next product assemble meeting
    • Update documentation / write tickets as needed
