When new log errors appear in the #errors Slack channel:

Assess urgency
- Determine if the error requires immediate attention

For urgent errors:
- Initiate a Slack huddle immediately
- Collaborate to resolve the issue

For non-urgent errors:
- Create a ticket with error details
- Add ticket to "For Team Discussion" in Asana

Follow up
- Discuss non-urgent errors in next product assemble meeting
- Update documentation / write tickets as needed
