If something serious happens:

  1. Notify the CTO
  2. Make a copy of the Software Incident Report
  3. In your new copy, fill in the information you know to be true
  4. Share with the CTO
  5. Huddle / call the CTO
  6. Make a plan
  7. Continue filling out the Incident Report
  8. CTO will conclude as needed and inform the CEO
